Waste chemicals gets spun by centrifuges to remove all of the water content which could be as much as 90% in hair colour and peroxides.

 

When the water has been separated it is purified and returned as mains water that will serve lots of purposes.

The rest of the “sludge” that remains will be recycled or incinerated as part of a clean energy initiative.
